Who Are Millennials?

Millennials don’t just want to read the news anymore. They want to know what they can do about it.

I found this interesting article from Goldman Sachs covering a bunch of data comparing millennials (Generation Y)  to the Generation X and baby boomers. Did you know that we are the biggest generation in history, BIGGER than the baby boomer generation?

This article is so eye opening and interesting-it's a MUST see for millennials and anyone creating a company or brand right now.

Read the article here.

As a proud millennial I don't think I would have been able to live to my full potential if I hadn't been born exactly when I was. As much as I dislike it sometimes, social media has fueled my passions. When I see other people, and especially other people my age, doing tremendous amazing things based off of their passions (i.e. entrepreneurs of Instagram and Vine) my heart does three back flips, lands on her feet, and yells at me (really loudly) "IT'S YOUR TURN!"

Without seeing people my age excelling and living magical lives of travel and passionate job projects I wouldn't have as much faith in myself to be able to pull of such a career. Now I'm certain though.

If they can do it so can I.

And so can you. And so can our siblings, best friends, cousins, and everyone else!

We just need to tune ourselves into our intuition, have some serious faith in the process, be patient (then more patient and then even more patient) and put in some time and effort.

The millennial generation is going to leave its stamp on the world and I am positive with our open minds, faith in our abilities, and subtle touch of not giving a f*ck we're going to make some serious changes for the better.

Time to get to work and all become the thought leaders of our generation!
